Pastor Chuck Kish began the role of Lead Pastor in 1999. He and his wife, Michelle, have a great love for the congregation of Bethel. They have begun various new ministries which have been a blessing to many people. They not only have a love for the congregation, but a compassion for Carlisle and surrounding areas. You will enjoy his energy and visual aids as he pours God’s message into your heart. You will find his door is always open. Pastor Chuck & Michelle have two daughters, Alaira and Shaylee.

Dustin KipeYouth/Associate Pastor
Pastor Dustin moved back to the Carlisle area in 2015. Dustin never imagined that he would return to his home area to serve in the church he grew up in but what a great blessing it has been! He has a passion to serve the students of both Bethel and the surrounding area. Dustin loves the challenge of growing a ministry and finding new ways for students to love and serve the community they live in. Dustin has 4 very beautiful daughters, Arianna, Tori, Jasmine, and Brooklyn; with a son, Elijah, that has gone home to be with the Lord.
Cassie HaysChildren's Pastor
Pastor Cassie and her husband, Patrick, moved to Carlisle in 2015. They welcomed their first child, Patrick III, in 2016. Cassie graduated from University of Valley Forge in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Children’s Ministry and again in 2015 with a associate’s in Early Childhood Education. Cassie has a heart for children and loves to watch them develop and come to know God on a personally. She has a heart to serve the church and the community. Cassie strives to provide a place for children to feel safe, have fun, and learn. Patrick has a heart to teach and help those go deeper in their walk with the Lord. They are excited to be apart of the Bethel community and look forward to see what God has in store for their family.
